The Most Powerful Gun Is Invented By Angry Housewives

Directed by Garth Jennings

Went to see Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy just a while ago, and I couldn't help myself singing their theme song on my way back home. Although it isn't the funniest film, I was quite amused by the wits - those dry humors were so british.

It's definitely not a let down after the successful of the comics and the first movie back in 1981, but certain things there would only their fans know how to appreciate. Frankly, it's not hard to get the punch line at all, the matter of fact is, does it punch you hard enough to burst the laugh bag? Hmm... yeah fews... try harder.

Well done, but I have to score it 3 out of 5. However, the opening song was absolutely funny, which I'd throw 0.5 bonus point in it. *grins* Yeah it's called "So long and thanks for all the fish", which was delicated by all the dolphins who did a double somersault to the world. hee hee, I love it.[3.5 out of 5]

Worth to see on a Tuesday night!!

Oh, and I did The Simpsons personality test today, which come out the fact that I'm more like Lisa Simpson, hmmm... Does it mean that I'm a nerd? Here is the test if you are interested.

By the way, who can do the perfect Krusty the Klown's laugh? I have a crush on his laughter... Lisa likes Krusty, that doesn't sound right, let me re-take the test!

Hey-Hey kids! Hoo-hoo-hoo-hahahaha!

The Fifth Season

It's farewell season again... Went to say goodbye to Ciara and Lezel last weekend, feelings was familiar but still not well-adapted. On the other hand, I went to met an old friend who I haven't seen for almost year and a half, that was gold.

So Friday nite after work, Hanna and Lena grabbed me to Balmain to see their friend's birthday. Balmain is a place I used to go very often, it was very odd to visit this place again. Then my mind flashed back the day I met Sam S., who told me he's now working in Balmain. Sam S. was a very special friend to me, he is the first person I talked to and became friends with in the first day of uni. But then we haven't seen each other for almost a year and a half, so it was really exciting to see him again.

It's good that there's something between us haven't changed at all - I guess it's our attitude that keep us so real for so long. Bless him good.

After a drink and some swing dancing in The Unity, we straight up to Bar Century in City for Ciara's Farewell. God that was very crazy, I couldn't stop talking even my throat ached so bad. In fact, I realised that it'd be a very long time for me to talk to Ciara again, so who cares about the bloody flu? Ciara is an amazing girl that stuns me in so many aspects, the spirit, the attitude, the strength and many many things that can take me several days just enough to count out half of her good. Wish her luck and happy here.

I felt very sick at the end of the party because my flu hasn't fully gone yet, so I stayed in Hanna and Lena's in order to sleep more and get ready sooner for FBi's training in the next day noon. I woke up in the middle of the night more than five times just want to let out the cough, mann I tell you... that doesn't feel nice at all.

Saturday morning, we met up with Anja in Surry Hills and walked up to FBi. I really want to talk with her and everyone, but my voice was totally crashed as if my throat got cut through. I was trying to talk in the training, but geez! I could feel thousands pieces of broken glasses slowly but brutally pierce through my throat, it was very hurt. So Clare did a very great favor to drive me home and let me rest more...

I skip to Monday, coz Sunday was just sleeping for good. Doesn't mean that I was well on Monday, but it was just quite interesting that I think it would be nice to mention a bit. Kath caught my flu in the weekend, so we were like sick cats lying on the bed until the arvos. We forced ourselves to get up and make the way to Lezel's in Epping for her Farewell.

There, we mingled with Lez, Andy and Brisha, it was very nice to have some unbridled chat with all these people - I really enjoy the topic "How do you want to be remember 5 years later." I didn't really seriously answer that question since I wasn't sober enough to think through, but it would be hard to respond this sort of question about prospects even now. Perhaps I am very spontaneous or maybe I don't want to let myself down.

Anyway, we left around 6:30pm, but soon we realised that there's no bus to Chatswood. So we have to catch the bus to City and back home by train. All in the sudden, Kath was having this idea to see Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith, I was very surprised as she always claims she's not a fan of Star Wars, and has never really watch any episodes of Star Wars. But I know she heard Mark Fennell's review in Fbi, so that could be the reason...

The film was actually really good, except that I was annoyed by the way Yoda talks. "Go, We must"; "Be careful, you should"; "Too young, he is"... For god sake!! Also, the love scene was really like how Mark described, just like Bold and The Beautiful... If ever I have a remote control, those scenes would be fast forward for good. A good thing is they only let Jar Jar talked once in the whole movie, so my nerve can relief a bit. Love the computer graphic tho! [3.8 out of 5]

aww... happy family~

High Accumulation Of Low Articulation

Getting a flu to me, in certain level, is a good thing. Although I attribute it to give up my Hunter Valley trip with Leo, it provides an opportunity for me to be a better person. The bloody flu has not been fully cleaned yet (watch out the gems people!), but it gives me more time to stay at home and do some creative stuff again.

My theatre script has again been continued, which is a very good thing. It is very hard to write a good script, because it does not like a movie script, novel, poem or lyric. It is a piece of writing that is for performing, an idea that is not to be expressed by words, but dialogue and actions; in an environment of expressionism under a situation of reality.

Well, I'm working on it.

-----

Did so many things in FBi today, very hectic and stressful, yet I'm very happy to see Support Drive is happening again. I thought I wouldn't be able to participate in it the second time, but hey, I'm still here! and It's happening! Zup!?

Nic grabbed me, Hanna and Lena to do the voice for the love fest, and we were forced to do some lines with a sexy and breathy tone - in other words, flirty. heh heh... I know you can't wait for the promo clips out in the air, me too.

See me how to be a bohemian, baby!

-----

By the way, I found this thing that I brought from the uluru's flight, and it is still worth to mention it here, since every time I saw it, it cracks me up.

It is the paper bag for motion sickness.

Ok, what so funny about it?

It's just that I have never seen it with a print of a digital photos develop service ad, saying:

LOWEST PRICE EVER!
Just send your memory card, CD or film In this STRONG COATED BAG. You'll receive back beautiful glossy 4X6" photos by mail...

But the top of the bag has a print saying:

PLEASE USE THIS BAG IF YOU ARE AFFECTED BY MOTION SICKNESS

So... yeah, how should I use it if I need to do both? Can I still send this USED bag to claim the deal? I mean... I don't mind putting my memory card in it, as long as you can/dare to find it. :) and oh! yea I still expecting my beautiful glossy 4X6" pictures, please...

Oh Oh! There's a small square with tiny font saying:

No Dangerous Goods Declaration
I hereby certify that this article does not contain any dangerous or prohibited goods. e.g. Explosives, flammables, corrosives, aerosols, etc. A false declaration is a criminal offense.
Sender Signature:______________

Hmm... I don't think my vomit is corrosive, so they should have no problem dealing with this extra gift, yea? Let's do it! *grins* Did I mention this company is called "EXTRAFILM"? Well, I'll bring it out, if you wanna see it or just simply wanna develop some films...

P.S. Nice show Levins, sorry for rubbing your face so hard today, I was stressful. hee...
P.P.S. Hell Yes! I'm seeing Little Barrie! Wee~~~!
P.P.P.S. Yea I know, I'm still organising the pictures of my grad and my trips, please wait just a bit more.

Stonewall Love And Irish Passion

Good morning again people, yea... another morning post. I ain't having too much drink, actually didn't sleep at all, to be more accurate, I just back home.

I haven't stay up all night somewhere like forever, as it's never my style to not have my beauty sleep. But last night was different, coz I met Paul G, Paul K, Ciara, Rob and all my Irish-Brit friends again. In the conversation, I realised Ciara is leaving in two weeks, which is definitely a down to me.

Me, Hanna, Kath and Helmut been cruising around Oxford st. and spent most of the time in Suzie Q for Sound Advice, but soon Hanna and I were summoned to the Stonewall by Paul and Rob.

It was such a great night, dancing with these people was amazingly fun. I love dancing with Paul G and Rob, they are excellent dancers let me tell you. In the end, I even sang "I will always love you" to them, Rob bet a drink on me to sing this song. Big mistake, I've mastered this song since I was like... 12yo, of course he was like worshipping me after I finished the song perfectly. *grins*

Stonewall is very kool to hang out with my kool friends!!
Now good night...

P.S. Thanks Rob for walking me down to the station and kicked the badasses for me! :)

Late Night On The Street

Good morning people, isn't it weird that getting drunk the before night always make you awake in the morning? and your throat craves for huge amount of water? Isn't it suppose to make you sleep beautifully until the other day's dawn and make you feel so good to be drunk? God damn it, who told me that? *although it doesn't change me from being an alcoholic*

Well, there are two enormous reasons for me to get drunk, namely Jos and Steph. My lovely Brit chicks are leaving me this saturday, travel around east coast and Uluru, then head back to England for good. The Sly fox is the best choice on Thursday nite *winks to Julian & crook mouth*, good DJs line up and did I mention cheap drink? *grins* Bascially I had like 6 cocktails and the rest of the night... I just don't remember.

Jos & Steph are wonderful people with lovely Brit chick wits, they are both very easy going with big heart to friends. Well, good luck girls and have a great fun trip!

Well, alcohol indeed has also erased most of my memories, so all I can tell about my past few days is just this little brief list, just a general idea :)

- Went to swim and met a Italian guy, very nice and hot hot hot. *drools*
- Planning to start an arse spankee community with my highschool friend Sarah
- Back to the Fbi family, good to see the everyone again. *biatchslap Leo*

And meanwhile, Read this email I've got from Bob:

Hello, my name is Bob and I suffer from the guilt of not forwarding 50 billion fucking chain letters sent to me by people who actually believe that if you send them on, a poor 6-year-old girl in Arkansas with a breast on her forehead will be able to raise enough money to have it removed before her redneck parents sell her to a traveling freak show.

Do you honestly believe that Bill Gates is going to give you, and everyone to whom you send "his" email, $1000? How stupid are we?

"Ooooh, looky here! If I scroll down this page and make a wish, I'll get laid by a model I just happen to run into the next day!" What a bunch of bullshit.

Maybe the evil chain letter leprechauns will come into my house and sodomize me in my sleep for not continuing a chain letter that was started by Peter in 5 AD and brought to this country by midget pilgrims on the Mayflower.

Fuck 'em.

If you're going to forward something, at least send me something mildly amusing. I've seen all the "send this to 10 of your closest friends, and this poor, wretched excuse for a human being wil somehow receive a nickel from some omniscient being" forwards about 90 times.

I don't fucking care.

Show a little intelligence and think about what you're actually contributing to by sending out these forwards. Chances are, it's our own unpopularity.

The point being? If you get some chain letter that's threatening to leave you shagless or luckless for the rest of your life, delete it. If it's funny, send it on.

Don't piss people off by making them feel guilty about a leper in Botswana with no teeth who has been tied to the ass of a dead elephant for 27 years and whose only salvation is the 5 cents per letter he'll receive if you forward this email.

Now forward this to everyone you know.

Otherwise, tomorrow morning your underwear will turn carnivorous and will consume your genitals.

Have a nice day.

ps. Send me 2 bucks

See the point why I told you guys not to send me JUNK Forward Shit?
Now send me 2 bucks too.

P.S. I've installed my old skool webcam in MSN now, very slow but great fun to play around!

I Know What You Are Up To

Few Hours ago, I got this weird body reaction happened on me. This afternoon I was totally fine, but then I suddenlly started to shiver. It got worse and worse, I couldn't even sit on my chair, fell on the floor and was trying to crawl towards my bed. My body temperature dropped rapidly somehow, thank God I reached my bed and feel much better after laying down a while. Mann... That was shitty scary.

So I started to read my third novel "My name Is Red" now, this book has turned me from a morning person back to a night person. And to entertain you a bit, I did these tests... Have fun.

Sending My Love From The Sliver Cloud

HAPPY MOTHER's DAY

I talked to her a while ago, knowing she got a serious insomnia... Although I worry about her situation, it seems like I gave her the right present - I gave dad a pack of Organic Chai for her, it can help her to get a good sleep. xo

[[audio: Feeder - Just The Way I'm Feeling]]

Tadaima, Minna Genki?

Just get back from the airport, which means my dad and uncle Bill are making their way back to Hong Kong. My life has been changed from a night person to a morning person now, getting up at before 7am was and still are what I been doing. I wonder how long it would last... :)

Our schedule was crazy last week, after the trip to Blue Mountain, we headed to the airport the next morning and began our 4 days trip to Uluru (aka. Ayers rock). Oh dear, Ayers Rock is the best place I have ever been in Australia [so far], the scenery of landscape was amazing! Although we didn't have the chance to climb up Uluru, as the weather was very windy...

I loveeee hiking, so walking 30km rocky hill road PER DAY was like nothing to me, but I feel bad for my dad and uncle bill, since they didn't have very good fitness and both were carrying a big camera and the camera stand... *smirks* Not even mention it was a time racing walk, as we gotta finish the walk as soon as possible in order to catch the sunset for the Ayers Rock~

Frankly, I can see myself making at least one more trip there in te future, it's just about when. I would love to visit valley of the wind in Kata Tjuta (aka. Olgas) again, the view was so beautiful and stunning!! Well, here is some tips I can give to anyone who want to do a trip there. :)

Should Do:
- Bring Sunscreen and Hat
- Bring a thick Jacket for night time
- Bring moisturizing cream and lip balm
- Bring a bottle of Water and do keep the bottle for refilling
- Carry as lite as you can, as essential as it should be
- Wear Sport Shoes, especially walking in Olgas & Kings Canyon

Should NOT Do:
- Shake off the flies (they won't go away, but they are harmless, so just get used to it)
- Waste one single drop of water (don't carry them, drink them)
- Walk alone (if you are not experienced)
- Climb the Ayers Rock between 10:00-16:00

Smart Tips:
- There's FREE shuttle bus to airport/Yulara resort and inside Yalara
- Rent A Car/Bike & Buy a National Park Ticket ($25 - valid for 3 days!) in the first day
- Don't follow Local Tour especially to Uluru & Olgas (It constraints your time to walk)
- Watch Uluru sunset in cloudy day

Recommendation:
- The best lookout in Yulara Resort is Imalung (in the middle of Yulara)
- The best Long Distance scenery: Uluru Sunset
- The most worthy tour: Observatory tour
- Top 3 Hiking Point (all require at least 3 hours walk):
3. Uluru: base walk
2. Kings Canyon: rim walk
1. Olgas: Valley Of The Wind *MUST WALK*

Dad and Uncle bill took millions of pictures in Ayers Rock, we need to take some time to organise them. Here are few of them, but I'll try to upload them by next week...

Believe it or not, these are all taken by my dad. I think they are poster quality picture! ;)

Well, now they are gone, and I'm back. So where are you? :)

P.S. Noooo! Ben Lee's ticket has already sold out... *sob*

Stay In Front Of The Storm

I hope someone here is expecting to read something new in this blog, coz I do have heaps to talk about these couple weeks. OK, this is gonna be long, so it's fine to take a nap in the middle of the read. :)

Basically, I've became someone's kid again. My nightowl lifestyle has totally changed, since I have to get up really early every morning and no sleeping until 11pm. Our itinerary was very tight and I have to be the navigator as well as the tour guide - who has never travel outside sydney and never drive before, it was insane.

-----

Let's start with the craziest day of April - Graduation Day.

The feeling was weird and unexpectable, it's kind of undescribable. The moment before I step into the ceremony hall, I was very edgy and cranky, even my family wasn't dared to speak to me. Whoever try to interrupt whatever I do would all acquired a cold glare or a bitchy attitude as a present.

But once I stepped up the stage, everything changed. It was like the moment for these three years, a door to another level of life. I thought it was just a dutiful rite, but it's more than that for sure. Seeing friends and other familiar faces walking up to the dean with their gown was incredibly amazing.

Not even mention the climax when the dean asked us to turn around to the audience, be blessed by them and cherish their supports. Tears seemed a bit uncontrollable in the immediate place, the cloud of love and happiness has released in the hall.

So finally, I am graduated as a Media & Cultural Studies Student.

(left to right: Dean is hot; don't give a damn look; An unexpected person - Traeger)

-----

Graduation night was awesome, thanks for all the people who came, truly appreciate it. Even though my parent couldnt speak much English, it seemed like there's no barriers between my family and my friends. Mom made a lovely feast for us, with Kass' surprised cake, we all looked like three months pregnant that night. Dad was having a great time chating with my friends - especially Helmut, since they both obesess with car racing.

I think giving out a speech was the most emotional moment. Guess my gratitude has provoked some tears from my friends and my family. I was a bit shocked, coz to be honest, I have never ever seen my mom and dad cry. That was gold.

-----

Next day morning 6am I was waken up to get ready for Gold Coast, Packing up and rush out to the airport with my eyes close was a dangerous challenge that I have decided to take.

We couldn't really sleep on the flight, since the seat was pretty dense and the loud music was broadcasting every single corner in the flight. Once we reached the Gold Coast, I'm a total stranger there. First time ever, I went to rent a car, navigate my dad to drive on a new found place. Wow~ I wonder what I can't do now!

The beach was superb, hot sunshine and fine sand give me a sense of Miami and a sense of a good opportunity to get a tan. But no, I didn't do it for the first day, I got trapped in an Irish pub for late lunch and all the procrastination of those lax workers have dragged the daytime to night time. Heading back to hotel seemed to be the only choice, since we were all exhausted. But no again, my dad grabbed me to be the navigator again, cruising around Gold Coast and taking photos around the beach. The only cheerful experience was a hot backpacker boy came up and talk to me, but my parent has already took me away and fled to somewhere else. Back home and sleep at 11pm for thr first day.

Parent's alarm woke me up at 8am for the second day, went to Fleay Wildlife park to see some animal actions. Next, we drove all the way to Canungra Vinery and get drunk - did I mention my mom is a wine mania? Then we headed to Lamington National Park and O'Reily Park - and did I mention my dad, also uncle bill, is a photography mania? It was 8pm by the time we drove back to surfers Paradise, and I hit the hay at 10pm after dinner.

The last day, I forced myself to get up 7am and rush out to the beach for some time by myself. Sun wasn't very strong in the morning, so I didn't get much tan as my family summoned me back to the hotel very soon. We drove to Superbee world and some other wildlife park which I could not recall the park name, who cares? I had enough waiting for my dad and my uncle taking pictures of spiders, grasshoppers, bees and other bugs. Not that I don't like it, but the main point of coming to Gold coast has yet to be achieved - enjoying sunshine in the beach. Hence, I asked them to ditch me in the beach and fetch me back an hour before we depart. It was definitely a correct decision, coz I finally got a tan!

Back to sydney, we ended up having dinner at aunty Kass place in Burwood, a big feast was waiting to be digged in to either of our mouth. Kass drove us back home around 11pm, and I just passed out in my bed once I stepped into my room.

-----

Got up 4am with my mom, as she was leaving 8am - 2 hours earlier to check-in. Kass drove from Burwood and took us to airport, geez... what time did she wake up? I could barely keep my consciousness in the back of her car, but it's all for my mom who I only have spent a week with.

No, there's no hard feeling if you want to know. I am always optimistic about whatever happen between me and my family, especially my mom.

After saying goodbye, we fetched my dad and uncle bill to Manly. Woo.. it was heaven, once again my mouth met my favorite fried oyster again. I stayed in the beach more for an absolute tan on my skin, while Kass took my job to tour them around.

Frankly, I have to admit that I AM a Sydney girl. I know the beach in Gold Coast is better, but I miss Sydney so much while I was there. Not that Manly is better, but I feel so comfortable in Sydney, regardless what beach it is. I'm not attracted to Goldie at all, it is just a bit too tourist to me. I prefer a sunny metropolis - and no, Gold Coast is not a metropolis AT ALL.

At night, I took them to have Korean hotpot, it was soooo yumm! But it might scare off some people when they see the soup base was like jungle red, but it's not spicy at all I swear to god. Unless you put a bowl of Kimchi and chilli powder in like I did, you will be like my dad, sweating all over his face. :-p

After filling up the "petrol" to our tummy, I took them up to the Oxford st to experience the queer region. We had few drinks there, they were trying pretty hard to hide the uncomfortable feeling, which most of the people could be fooled away except me. Seeing them resist to go to the bathroom has explicitly implied something, but I don't blame them. Accepting queer as a traditional chinese does need some time to attempt. Rain was pouring all in the sudden, we got no choice but took a bus back home.

-----

Today morning, I got up at 9am to immigration centre and fixed my visa, finally it's done and has extended to 23th Oct, muhaha! Met up with my family again and do Yum Cha in the city, I also invited Reiko and Gavin to join the Chan's family. Yes, Reiko is back few days ago but leaving on wednesday, so this is the only chance we could catch up before we headed to Ayers Rock.

After that, we went to book a rental car for tomorrow, as they planned to go to the Blue Mountain. We need to be there at 8am to pick up the car, you can imagine how crazy that I could turn myself to a morning person now... *pfff*

-----

Yes I did take a couple of days walk my parent around Sydney: China town, Darling Habor, QVB, Hyde Park, Martin Place, Opera House, The Rocks, Taronga Zoo...etc. You name it, I have it. I'll upload some pictures after Ayers Rock, please wait just a little bit longer and stop bitching me.

Hmm... Getting up at 6am tomorrow, happy days... ZZZzZzZzZZZzZzzz!

P.S. OMG, I met Sam S. again, that was a big shock seeing him changing so much!
P.P.S. So I was told Coldplay has returned.
